Where does the gin come from?

Each month we pick a gin that is exclusive to Hong Kong from around the world. So far we've visited 5 continents and over 15 different countries.

What do you mean by exclusive?

The Gins we delivery to you will only be available as part of membership to the Ginsanity Gin Club. We sourcing and import all the gins ourselves. After a few months you'll find our gins in our flagship store but only after our members have enjoyed it first!

When do I get my gin?

We deliver before the first Friday of each month, regardless of when you sign up that month. Looking for a box of gin straight away, check out our cocktail sets or gift sets in our store.

What if I am unhappy with what I receive?

We will try our best each month to get the best value we can to each customer. If you are still unhappy we offer a full 100% money-back guarantee.

How do I cancel my subscription?

After signing up you’ll have a members page where you can pause, cancel and re-activate your membership at any time. If that doesn't work, just drop us an email at hello@ginsanity.hk so we can help.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, please above. You have complete control over whether you’d like to pause or continue your subscription.

Do you deliver to my address?

If you live in Hong Kong we can deliver to your address. No island is too far or village to inconvenient. We will make sure you can enjoy your gin.
