BBQ FOr Friends

Established in Hong Kong but developed in California. Solomon Cutler aims to provide the best-tasting smoked barbecue ribs and chicken in Hong Kong.  

The secret recipe of the BBq Sauce was his Great-Great-Grandfather’s. The recipe was passed down through the generations via a trusty pair of shoes. Solomon set out to recreate this sauce and now serves it with all the bbq dishes. 

At Ginsanity Solomon will be serving up California Style Smoked BBq pork ribs, bbq beans, and mac n cheese!

Gustaci

Our neighbors at PMQ will be delivering a range of Neopolitan pizza from their authentic pizza oven.  At Gustaci pizza is art and their chefs focus on the traditional with a respect to core ingredients and original formulas.

Italian style Gelato will also be available whilst stock lasts!

A Spark of Madness

Simran’s quarantine cookbook project, A Spark of Madness, has sparked into a full business popping up at events such as Clockenflap and fairs across Hong Kong.

At Ginsanity she will be providing a range of vegan cold noodles with HK-inspired Spark Sauces and vegetarian grilled cheese sandwiches with your choice of Spark Alcoholic Jam! Choose from; Pineapple Jam with Whisky, Peach Jam with Tequila, Pink Guava Jam with Gin

Spark Bark, thin pieces of 53% chocolate with Sichuan pepper, pretzels and salt, will also be available at a special price just for Ginsanity!

Non-Stop Vibes

But that's not all! We've also got a fantastic lineup of entertainment to keep you grooving all weekend long. On Friday, we're featuring sets from DJ Benny Cullen, fresh from his performance at the Hong Kong Sevens, and Acoufunkture, famed for their funky takes on pop music.

Saturday kicks off with the Cafe Del Mar brunch vibes of DJ Crystal So, followed by a second set from Acoufunkture, and DJ Arun will finish off the weekend with his poppy vibes.
