Crafters Gin, Estonia

This may be our most historic gin yet, we certainly think it is the oldest distillery we have introduced. Founded in 1898 in the capital of Estonia, Tallin, Liviko produces a wide range of drinks and beverages including vodka, liqueurs and of course gin. The distillery has remained in the same building, distilling and creating new drinks through the course of 19th century Estonia history.

Their Aromatic Flower Gin is a true taste of Nordic Summers, meadowsweet brings the Estonian coastline to the palate and chamomile and elderflower lingers long like an Estonia Summer Solstice. This naturally copper coloured gin comes alive when mixed with tonic water, turning into a delightful pink. This is due to the rose hip pigment reactive to the quinine in the tonic and is a naturally occurring phenomenon.

This gin reminds of us long summer evenings and it's sweet characteristics make this a great gin to introduce to friends over a BBQ.

We have topped this box with Crafter's goodies including Junibeer (which we think its delicious!), Crafters 23 - the original Crafters gin & Mike's Hot Honey. Hot Honey is a cult New Jersey product, that can be enjoyed in our suggested cocktail or with food - we've been enjoying it on pizzas and on salmon.
