Monti London Dry Gin, Spain

It's not a Gin Club until you've got something from Spain. Few countries drink more gin than the Spaniards; given the climate and botanicals available on the Iberian Peninsula it's easy to see why. If you're still not convinced you will be after trying Monti!

Monti may be a relatively new gin, picking up prestigious awards each month, but the truth is the business is around a century old. The Huerta Jalon family has been distilling spirits using local ingredients since 1920, all this experience has been used to distill a Spanish gin they can be proud of.Monti is made 100 bottles at a time using a copper still. The all natural 15 botanicals are infused into the gin via cold maceration.

This is a labour intense and time consuming process that really rounds out the botanical flavours. Combine this with water from Guadarrama National Park, near Madrid and you have got yourself a super smooth, high quality gin. 99% experience, 1% magic is the secret formula for Monti Gin.

We topped up the box with the Monti glass, which is perfect for Holiday gin and tonics, 3 different tonics and the Ugly Jumper Christmas bottle jacket.

Feliz Navidad!
