Sing Gin, Yorkshire, UK

Craft is at the heart of everything Sing Gin. The gin is a nod to the history of the spirit and provenance of Yorkshire. It's hard not to be inspired by the Yorkshire Dales and this beauty if reflected in the bottle by the Gargoyle logo featured at the Fountains Abbey. The local fauna is also heavily featured on the bottle to create one of the most unique and fresh bottle designs we have seen.

The gin is self uses a grape based spirit; a nod to to the original grape based gins that found their way into the United Kingdom from Europe. This gives the gin an extra level of complexity and smoothness. The base spirit is distilled in Bella - a 50L hand still alongside seven unique botanicals; including flax - famous for being grown in the Yorkshire Dales, but as importantly famous for giving this gin a kick or crunchiness and freshness. Alongside flax; mint & ginger give Sing Gin and fresh mouth feel - perfect from classic gin and tonics.

We have paired this gin with three classic tonics, so you can see how each flavour reacts with the botanicals of the gin, San Pellegrino mixers to help with this months suggested cocktails and Piper's British Crisps, to make staying home a little bit easier!

Stay safe out there!

Fact of the month: The Kettlesing area is noted in the Doomsday book as an area of outstanding beauty - hence the name Sing.
