Joseph Bavarian Gin Fizz

What You Need:

  • 50-60ml of Joseph Gin

  • 30ml of lemon juice, freshly squeezed (1 lemon should do it)

  • 90 - 110ml of simple syrup

  • 1 egg white

  • Top it off with soda water, or use a premium tonic water for some added flavour

How to Prepare:

First, add the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds.

  1. Add 3 or 4 ice cubes and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

  2. Double-strain into a chilled Collins glass and top with club soda.
