Jindea Gin, Dijon, France

As you can imagine the star of this gin is the Darjeeling Tea. This tea is known as the Champagne of Teas and the precise far the first flush tea (first picketing of the season) can be found on the Goomtea Estate in the West Bengal region of India. Jindea distillers were introduced to the Estate by the UK’s first certified Tea Sommelier due to its exclusivity within the Himalayan region.

Rarely does one of the botanical have more importance than the Juniper, but when the tea is this special and unique it’s worth its top billing. The tea itself gives off vibrant flavours of apricot, grape and spring flowers - all of which are showcased through the gin.

This tea is transported to Dijon, France and distilled with other more traditional botanicals and a range of citrus flavours in an alembic pot following the London Dry distillation process.

Alongside the gin we’ve got tonics from Seventeen & our old friends, Fevertree, and a Ginsanity 2022 calendar.
