Ginologist, Johannesburg, South Africa
Founded in 2019 by the mysterious Ginologist, this Johannesburg distillery takes a very scientific approach to distilling. Gin and the usage of botanicals and how they react during distillation is still a bit of mystery. However, through a scientific based approach the Ginologist has been able to identify new botanicals that can create new flavours within the gin.
Sherringhams Seaside Gin, Victoria, Canada
Operated by wife and husband team; Alayne & Jason Maclsaac the Sherringham Distillery is located at the South end of beautiful Vancouver Island. The distillery itself is named after an old finish town that has since disappeared into history, but all that lost to history is used to create an eccentric range of spirits distilled by Sherringham today.
Lind & Lime, Scotland
Named after James Lind, an Edinburgh native and until recently, a relatively unheralded doctor and scientist who worked on the HMS Salisbury. It was on this boat that he performed some of the first scurvy prevention trials - using lime to boost vitamin C intake, the first step towards adding lime to gin.
Broken Bones, Slovenia

Lawrenny Gin, Tasmania
Tasmania is fast becoming known for high quality spirits, in particular gin and whiskey. Lawrenny Estate in particular are at the forefront of this Tasmanian revival. Location on 80,000 hectares over central highlands of Tasmania Lawrenny Estate has been a home of cattle, sheep and more recently wheat & hops!
Monti London Dry Gin, Spain
Monti may be a relatively new gin, picking up prestigious awards each month, but the truth is the business is around a century old. The Huerta Jalon family has been distilling spirits using local ingredients since 1920, all this experience has been used to distill a Spanish gin they can be proud of.Monti is made 100 bottles at a time using a copper still. The all natural 15 botanicals are infused into the gin via cold maceration.
ChampionZ Gin, New Zealand
Golden Bay Distillery of South Island, New Zealand released ChampionZ Gin in 2019 with the aim of not only creating a clean gin but also to give something back to local sports clubs and teams.
Ozmoz Gin, France
It opens on fresher herbal notes of cucumber and coriander citrus notes. The end note is fresh and spicy, finishing on a subtle note of cloves and saffron. In the mouth, the attack is very floral and very rich in juniper notes as well as supple and fat. The aromatic notes evolve towards aromas of nuts (almonds).
Masons Gin, Yorkshire UK
Masons began as in 2013 as a small husband & wife team; the Masons. Their primary focus was on creating a gin that expressed their pride in Yorkshire. Through word of mouth and hard work, the distillery gained a reputation across the county and eventually the world.

Pienaar & Son is a small craft distillery in the centre of the Cape Town City Bowl. A stones throw from Parliament, at the end of a cul-de-sac our tiny distillery goes about its business finding fresh ways of creating and introducing people to quality, modern spirits.

Paper Lantern of Vietnam is Our First From Asia
Paper Lantern Gin is truly grain from glass, and one of the few gins to use rice as a base spirit! This is perhaps inevitable when you distill your gin in one of the world's largest rice producers; Vietnam. All but one of the eight botanicals used in Paper Lantern are produced in South-East Asia.
Il Gin Reale an Italian Heritage
In many ways it is surprising Italy does not have a great gin history or tradition. Many of the botanicals used in gins around the world steal from the herb garden that is Italy. Botanicals such as Sicilian Lemon, thyme, rosemary & of course Tuscan Junipers are from Italy and found in many Italian dishes (and vermouths)
1919 Gin, A New Zealand's Finest
1919 is the year New Zealand almost voted to introduce prohibition across the country. In fact the vote to enforce prohibition got to 49.7%. 1919 Distillery is set up as celebration to the 50.3% of Kiwis who supported the right to enjoy a gin n tonic!
PiGin from Sweden
PiGin is our first gin from Sweden and displays botanicals and ingredients from across the country. The base itself is an organic rye vodka base from Dalarna, a Norwegian border county and the remaining water is from a nearby fresh water source.
Langtons, a Celebration of the Lake District
Langtons is a celebration of the lake district, the softness, the elegance, the freshness and the warmth. The experience starts with a soft understated aroma of juniper on the nose and a floral fresh lift, The taste is soft and fresh with a subtle depth on the palate with notes of citrus and a slight sweetness and then a surprisingly smooth finish.
You & Your's - San Diego
You & Yours only started life as a small distillery on the West Coast but has exploded across the United States. Using only the freshest ingredients and her own imagination, head distillery Laura Johnson has concocted a variety of spirits and recently introduced the You & Yours range of pre mixed drinks!
Heimat Gin - Germany's getting into the gin game
Located in an old stone works in the forests of Stuttgart, Heimat Gin takes their inspiration from nature and their home (heimat means home in German). An aim to produce gin in a sustainable manner within their landscape leads to the team foraging their local fields for botanicals such as meadow sage, ribwort & apples.
Adnams - Lemon & Tamarind
Adnams, a prestige British brewery, with a history going back to 1396 only started distilling their own gin at the start of this decade. However they more than making up for lost time. Their gin base is made by distilling an unhopped beer and distilling it to spirit strength.
